Fuel peak at 2400rpm on the maps...why?

I'm still tuning things out, but is there a logical explanation for a big fuel spike at 2400 rpms at full throttle? Everything else is smooth and linear, but I'm curious why there's a peak at that point.

Not really the same thing. I'm not talking about data logging abnormalities. I'm talking about the map itself. Even on the stock map.

The fueling isn't linear from 0 to 8000rpm. It has a peak at 2400-2900 rpms for all TPS percentages. For example, at full throttle:
rpm fuel
0 170
800 170
1350 190
2900 244
4000 223
5000 235
8000 230

It's strange that more fuel is required at mid rpms vs high rpms.

Or maybe it's normal. The fuel pulse is smaller, but the engine stroke is quicker, so it's a higher fuel percentage over that stroke. Something like that?

Maybe I just figured it out on my own.

I'm wondering if it is mechanical, meaning something inherent in the engine design that does it. Or the exhaust systems.

might have something to do with timing and cams after several logs my maps are pretty smooth
