Does anyone know the part number for the pins in the connector? Have a broken pin from the fuel pump assy. that came with the frame. The pump works, quiet and smooth running, so getting new filters for it. The wires are perfect, no signs of chaffing at all.

Anyone in need of an '03 fuel pump?

How about the three O-rings on the regulator to fuel pump, P/N: P0125.02A8. Anyone know where to get some?

have the strainer and filter on standby to be installed, just need the O-rings and she's ready to go.

looks like the item # 85052, terminal Metri-Pack 280 female 22-20 Ga. are the ones, minimum order was 10 @$2.07 plus $7.99 shipping. so, will see when they come in.

You may have already sourced the pins but...

I broke one last fall on my '08 and had zero luck sourcing them locally, HD or otherwise. Finally ordered a whole connector kit from above, no complaints, fantastic seller, had them quicker than HD and now I have spares.

Edit: Just figured out you have an '03...yep, they're different...sorry for the misinformation.

squid...wish I knew earlier, the parts catalog doesn't break down the connector further [sad]

sparky, no worries, thanks anyway....maybe add that to the alternative parts listing in the general motorcycle chat

the connectors ordered came in today, wrong ones:eek:

guess I'll head to local HD shop and see about the 52's or 54's

Hmmm...I do have some that are still on the strip for an 03...you couldn't find the p/n in the catalog? Let me look when I get home, they MAY have the # on them.

Ok, I have the male pins, Buell p/n Y0077.02A8 (parts catalog p.84 line item #53) but you need the pump side females [sad] Try HD (Chandler, Buddy S?) to see if they can mate the female by hand to the male? Worth a shot. That's IF they have the males in stock.

That was my thought also. All the ******* around I did trying to source OEM pins for 2 weeks I coulda had the swap to 08+ connector in 3 days. I did link to an eBay seller I bought from in my above post. It's a more weather resistant connector imo anyway.
