Fuel Pump Issues

OK. Fuel pump quit on three different rides. Took seat off and fiddled with main harness and bike restarted each time. Figured I had some bad wiring? Pulled fuel pump today and checked all wiring and measured everything related to the pump running. Wires on pump look good. Anywhere else others have found issues causing the fuel pump to quit intermittently. What has me confused is the fact that I can move the harness and it will start working again............until it decides it doesn't want to play anymore.

Sounds like you have a loose connection somewhere.... I'd pull apart all plugs, clean them and use some dielectric grease when you put them back together.

Maybe the ground inside the tank(to the pump house) is loose? Mine was.
