Start low and work up. What are they selling for around you? If I really liked the bike I would probably offer him $3,000 to start.

+ 1 what dave said , If it looks nice and mileage isn't to high $3,000 to start. ( remember it is almost 10 years old ) but looks and mileage make the difference.

Depending on condition? It has low miles witch is great but that around time for tires and with the age batt? Anything it will or may need you should reflect in the price. Last summer my brother came acrossed a simular deal a 05xb12r in great shape for $3900. With that low of millage It may have sat around a lot . That bad for batteries ,tires ,gas and gaskets. I'd realy look it over if it needs nothing I'd say its worth up to 4000. That also may very in your location to they seem to bring top dollar here in NY. Good Luck!

It's like brand new, tired an all, but, when I got there the title was prior salvage due to a tip over In the drive way at 390 miles.
Idk if it effects it much?

Yes!!! In New York if you have a salvage title you have to take it to a DMV in Albany to be inspected I beleive. You are going to have to jump threw hoops to get it registered . But is there damage still or was the frame replaced? The vin is on the frame and will need to match the title.
May be easier or harder depending on where your from but you should look into it before buying at your DMV.

The frame wasn't replaced, matches. Just a small dent on the elbow that stick out by your knee. The damage was replaced except some scratches

Alien, I think it broke quite a few parts so the Harley shop did the repairs under warranty..I'm guessing they had to put a salvage on it or something for cosmetics
