when I start it up, it idles awful tho, needs a TPS reset I believe. I have an ECM spy cable and program. How hard is a reset on it, its a 2004 xb12s. I really haven't used the program and I'm worried about messing up the ECM.

Also, if it keeps dying and sputtering, it has to be the idle right?

Looks like you got a good deal, but I've not heard of a bike acquiring a salvage title from a standing tip over.

I think there was more to the title that they didn't explain. All I know is it was repaired and it doesn't affect it, luckily!

Most bikes with get the salvage title if the frame or body has I believe 20% damage or more... they look at the cost of replacing the frame and bodywork or if its cheaper for them to salvage or total.. good deal though. K wouldn't be too worried about it.. get some frame pucks and cover them up. Only downside is that If its dented you lost some fuel capacity

Bike still runs a little rough. I'm guessing its a bit rich (plugs foul). Going to change oil and had then tps reset again. Hopefully she keeps running okay
