So took my bike to one of my friend's mechanic who supposedly knows all things Harley to see if he could get my bike started.

No go. Mind you the bike has only sat in the garage. I changed the turn signals out and everything was working fine came back a month later it won't start. So I'm a day away from going to the dealer and having them fix it and gouge my pockets at the same time.

Any suggestions?

Have u done the simple stuff like check battery voltage, try to jump start it.. I mean I can lend a hand to see if its simple stuff so you dont need to take it to a shop.. I have a factory manual laying around as well. Shouldnt be too hard hopefully.

EVLXB i believe is a Marylander, sounded to me like he's in need of more moolah and wants to get rid of his Buell, maybe you can ask him if he's interested in some side work?

There is 2 evils in MD?! cool!

If he wont help ya maybe i can. Ive been an auto tech for 8 years now and have done all my own work on my bikes. I know what a motor needs to run so i can figure out whats wrong. Where are you located?

It would have to be a weekend thing man. I work m-f 9-5:30 and have a kid and preggo wife so weekdays are full!

Thats if you're talking to me of course.

still a little chilly to be riding at night. sucks it takes a half hour to get anywhere on the shore.

So got my bike from HD of Fort Washington, MD. It was in need of new spark plugs and a tps sensor. $88 labor for a total cost of $196.25 Those were some damn expensive spark plugs. But now moy speedometer doesn't work it just say 0mph even when I'm moving.

I'm just happy to have my baby back and rolling.
