I use the lower setting as it is enough to keep you safe in most situations. It really makes a difference, but as you said, it takes a bit of getting used to, as I got a different feeling when diving into a corner. I found it to be too stiff for low speed manauvers for my liking and have currently removed it, will put it back on in a few days maybe, or maybe look into another kind of stabiliser. I felt really safe with that on though, 'cause now that I removed it I sometimes get wobble when accelerating fast, epsecially over bumps or uphill. Also, the higher the speed, the most planted on the ground the bike felt with the GPR.
