I really hate diagnostic threads that never have a solution posted. Anyways we refreshed whole top end, honed cylinders, rings, cleaned the heads and pistons of carbon, new seals, and set the valves and guides up all Purdy. In the middle of heat cycling for ring seTing but so far it has a very quick start up.

Thanks Crash for beating me to the punch. I was going to hop back in after everything was done to post, but better it come from the horses mouth for accuracy :). I'm itching to get back on the road again!!! Can't thank Jacob and Sarah enough for their help. We need more dedicated Buellers out here in Southern California like them.

Update: Hard starting when cold is still present, so going to be monitoring it while I continue the engine break-in.
