I have an 09 firebolt. Never had any problems till now. No headlights, fuse is good, ground seems good and the high beam light stays on. No other electrical problems but this. Hey guys i really need some help as electrical gremlins always get the best of me!!()

There's a connector behind the from fairing that has two black ground wires running into one pin for the headlights. Mine melted at the connector and had the exact same symptoms as what you just posted. Pull the front fairing and follow your headlight wiring to a white connector. I'm sure it's melted. You can either replace the connector wit something comporable from an auto parts store or just direct connect the wires. I did a direct connect and everything works fine now.
This thread shows the connector:

Since the circuit is completely inop it should be very easy to diagnose.

Do you have any tools at all (like a test light or voltmeter) to help us diagnose this? If not, they can both be free at Harbor Freight tools with a coupon.

If you do have a tool, check the circuit for voltage at one end and follow it to the other end, otherwise you will just be guessing (and luck is the only thing that will help you).

Buells can have an issue with the harness at the steering neck, so start the bike and turn the handle bars. See if the headlights flicker.

Chickinstripn,
You were right on about the melted wire at the white connector. Thanks!!! Why due these headlights get so dam HOT?
