Headlights cut out under throttle

I've had this problem over a year now. My first solution was to replace the old headlights with the new style. So I know everything up front is good. I then traced it to a bad voltage regulator. I just replaced that with a new unit and replaced the 77 connector with the new style. The headlights still cut out under load.
What's next? I'm tired of not being able to ride at night.
For the record, the high beam does not cut out under throttle. Only the low beam.

Battery sits in the mid to high 12 volt range, when you start it and let the bike idle the battery sits in the mid 13v range, and when you rev to 3000rpm the voltage on the battery reads 14.4 - 14.5v
The battery is brand new and sit's on a charger when the bike is not being ridden. Thus, we can rule that out.

Anyone?

Check your ground point on the lower triple clamp. Try removing the securing nut and wires, clean everything up with a wire brush and reassemble. Worth a try and doesn't cost anything. Also check plugs/connectors inline with the headlights for frayed or broken wires, corrosion, etc. - anything that might cause intermittent headlight function.

I'm having trouble finding any ground wire on the triple clamp. Lower or upper.
Firebolt, right?

Also check ur battery connections. My battery connections always came loose from the vibration of the engine. And check ur headlight connections too. They rattle around under the fairing quiet a bit.
