Headlights!?!?

Okay....switched it to correct wires. Same thing. Both lights on with the kill switch on. High or low. Since the switch works to the connector what's next?

Is there suppose to be two relays???? There is only one back by the battery. Which means this dude wired them to both be on without high and low. Because the harnes has two wires (+,-) going to the relay and four (2+,2-) leaving it going to the ballaces. So my next question is.....can I just put an inline toggles with on the high beam to shut it off? That way I can pass inspection and use it without totally rewiring the damn thing.

I may just get factory lights and wiring and ditch this HID kit. That way I just bolt in,plug in and play. Since I know the switches work.

Anybody have a pic of the inside of the back of headlight housing. I need to see where the ground wire is attached. Since I didn't take them out I have no clue!!!!

Alright everyone that helped. Thank you. I went and got a couple H3 bulbs. Wired them up. Seemed to work. Trashing the HID kit. Now just need to pull all the sketchy wiring the dude before me ran. We are in business. Now if the three foot of snow would just melt and warm up outside!!!!! Again,thanks!!!!
