Hellbender Tail

I've been trying to order the Hellbender Seat Rails, Under Tray, , and Seat Pan. I can get everything in the shopping cart ok. But, the site will not let me ship to the US. It says I have to contact them directly.

I have contacted them. I got a reply back from Norbert that I can order from the shop and they answer for the details. Has anyone else ordered those parts. If so, how did you navigate the transaction? I don't speak German.

I can pretty much guarantee you that someone there will speak English. Almost like they teach it in the schools or something
