Ehhh, ECM seems fine as far as I can tell. I've ordered a TPS so we'll see what happens.

So I finally got a TPS and changed it out. Put in new intake manifold seals while I was there even though the stock ones seemed fine. I used a TPS from autozone, Duralast part # TPS4129 $75
Initial ride around tow and it seems the problem is gone!
I'm going to wait until I do a long ride to call it solved, but it seems to be going in the right direction.
Fo anyone else having problems where their bike cuts out, I would sugest you look at the TPS.
