Something could happen. Yes there are waivers for that but Dealers do not believe in those and they have the right to refuse service.I do the same thing here in the shop as well to protect my Empolyees and the Company. There is some that are Buell Friendly.
Remember for the Bike to be Tested and ridden by their Employees the tyres & Bike needs to be safe.If something happens then the end result could be a wreck or just them having to buy you a whole lot of Materials not to mention what the Hurt Employee will need IF the Person Survived.
Check your previous work you did. It may be easy to find. Check all the fuses Especially the Ign., fuse then the Fuel pump etc.. A computer can't do it all but may be helpful in your problem area .
