Just curious, can high humidity create issues while doing repairs, specifically when putting on Primary cover/gaskets? May be servere over thought, but I was thinking the additional moisture in the air may cause seal issues.

Weather today is high humidity casued by severe fog and heavy moisture in the air. So much so that I can run my finger across the casing and pull small amounts of water off. Had some extra time this afternoon so I was thinking about getting my primary cover/gasket re-installed but don't want to compromise the integrity of the gasket/seal.

Probably, but not to a point where you would cause a leak. I would be more worried about getting her back together so you don't have resting water all over your internals.

But that comes from an uneducated guy who just got done putting his back together so...take it with a grain of salt.

Doc.

I hear you Doc! I had to get a part powder coated(long story) so it's been off for a few days at least.
