Hey guys, I was reading on how you had your seat cut down for $40.00. Where did you kids get that done? I mean, I'm all for the electric-knife method but I have a short attention span and I'm liable to forget how much I've carved away.

I just went to my local upholstery shop (Weeks Uphostery, Springfield, IL) that was recommended by a friend who had some similar work done. I was able to look around his shop and see some other seats he was working on and was impressed with what I saw. It wasn't the electric knife that scared me away from doin' myself but rather stretching the fabric and getting it attached to the pan securely. Just ask around and ask to see some of their work.
