Honda CBR600RR tuning

So my buddy has a 2014 CBR600RR. After I put a Jardine and K&N on my Firebolt, then drove around with a backpack full of laptop and increased the performance he was envious. Anybody know how to self tune a Honda, or where to find the people who do? Surely guys are racing these things and aren't just using a dyno jet auto tuner...
