Friend zoneing? Teen movie? Is this jr. high?

LOL, jk. Daves advice works, or find an ugly chick and hang out with her. It will confuse the other girl and she will start to question her attractiveness.

another perspective..

from that link

'Some schools have included these books as mandatory reading for their English classes, ignoring the many fragmented and run-on sentences which the publisher, Scholastic, has ignored.'

THAT IS NO JOKE BUDDHA !!!! [up]

Interestingly enough, I just spent $50 to reserve my seats to see it in Imax.. My 12 yr old rocked his report card and chose that for a reward..

haha taking my girl to see it tomorrow. she read all three books super fast. I started the first but got busy w/ work, so I'm gonna do like I did in school for book reports...watch the movie!

I live with 5 males roommates that are still in school, they all got all hyped about the books and read all of them. I haven't read a page, except for the last page of the last book to piss them off. I won't be seeing the movie. thankfully, my fiancee isn't into teen fads and twilight [smirk]

In all seriousness, they look decent, but I just don't really care at all to get into it--and I am thankful my fiancee doesn't either ha.

This really isn't a troll thread. The books are great and /films gave the move a great review, and a great review from /films means it's a good movie.

I do agree that this is happening, and maybe the books don't have the best grammar, but at least kids enjoy reading them and are doing it voluntarily. I think that's what really matters.

Im going to a wait for the dvd. I can't wait wait for promethius though. Previews look sick!

not trying to be a troll Dave, just me giving my opinion as I do aboot a lot of things in life.
;)

I will no doubt watch the movie when it comes out on DVD or whatever and as I do with all things look at it from many different angles..
:)

Saw it yesterday. It was pretty good. I would have liked it more if the projector was in focus and the chick next to me could chew with her mouth closed.

It had a few things taken out, but not much. For the most part it followed the book well.

I'm sure its much better than the Twilight saga. I'm so whipped ive been drug to every one in theatres:(

Laugh if u must...

I'll prolly wait for DVD for the hunger games bcuz i'd rather be able to pause the damn thing to pee and drink beer while i watch, the preveiws look pretty good though.
