could someone look at there cold bike in spy and tell me what your cold start enrichment number is and a rough ambient temp guess is. Mine is telling me its -20 C outside and adding 160% enrichment making my bike stumble and stall at idle. Once it gets warm its fine. Weird.......

Well Gator, if I remember right your in florida and there is no way in hell that it is -4 degrees ferenheight there, so I would guess that your temp sensor is faulty I doubt that the analog scaling is off.
and just for a refrence the highest cold start enrichment I have seen on my bike is 120% and that was on a 30 degree day here in Indiana... with of course the same result, she ran like poo until she was hot.

I fixed it, at least thats what im going to claim. It drops now once its cranked and idling. I disconnected the battery and reconnected it. Before it would not drop for a few minutes. I think the sensor my be heading south.

well thats weird that a disconnect of the batt would correct it, hear me out. analog sensor be it 4-20 mA or +5 -5V should not read differently unless the input source changes or it quits completely and should not be directly affected by complete loss of power, but this does "reboot" your ECM similiar to your home PC. this would make me think that there was a corruption of data (analog scaling related) and by removing power you dumped any corrupt data that may have been stored... What I'm thinking is that you have a ECM that is failing and should Back-up your EPROM and start shopping for a replacement.

You may be right about the ecm, I was messing with the idle this morning to try to fix the problem and once I fixed the cold start enrichment I was going to use the ego correction to add or remove fuel at idle. I went to rest the AFV and it was at 130 and would not reset to 100. I have been running this map for weeks now and the afv has always stayed at 98.5%. Well I turned the bike off and closed spy then reopened everything and turned the bike back on and was then able to rest the afv. Decided to rest the tps and that took me 3 try's before it would take. Kept saying it could not find the firmware version. Key, kill switch and spy keys were all on and I was getting real time data it just would not reset it. [confused]

Wow, the more you reveal the more I wonder if you should even try to load a backed up version of your EPROM onto a new ECM for fear of transfering whatever glitch you have right over to the new ECM. Right now you dont really know if the issue lies with the hardware or software and thats a little scary.
Best case you have a hardware issue and you dump your current EPROM into a new ECM and every thing works perfectly.
Worse case you have to get a new ECM and start all over with tuning.. You should be able to manually enter the values from all your tables safely though...
In my line of work I've seen wierder ****. I had a 290,000 dollar robot pick up a virus from a 400 dollar lap top, the virus had zero impact on the lap top, but when it hit that robot control it was over.
