Just wondering if anyone uses icon riding gear and what do you think of it. I just scored the field armor boots and merc gloves and man they look sweet:) Might just have to get more icon stuff if it all looks and feels this good. (there's probably already a thread on this but i can't find it);)

got one of the helmets and jacket
like the helmet alot good fit and one of the queiter helmets i have had
jacket i need to get a smaller size but like everything else about it. Bought a large because the medium was to small at the time then went and lost some weight over the winter now it feels like it hangs on me

all i wear is icon i have three helmets 2 jackets 2 pair of there pants, four pair of gloves, and the field armor chukka boots, oh and also the field armor undershorts which were the best investment they really keep you dry (no monkey butt). But yes i love icon gear....the helmets run a little small as the jackets do to, but overall great.

the field armor boots took me a few minutes to get used to... quite thick and hard to maneuver.

I, like a lot of others, have the Domain Decay helmet and twenty niner gloves and UX hooligan jacket. Icon saved my ass once, so I stick with what I know works.

I ride with the Icon Arc textile pants & I love them. Although they are not fully waterproof they are excellent.

The only thing I've had was the Ti-max gloves years ago when they were still a newer company. They were fun to wear but they were ungodly stiff. I'm sure they would've broken in eventually, but I had a hard time handling the controls with them on, so I ended up selling them. I think they were more for the novelty though, even thought I probably could've killed a dragon wearing them. I just don't like protective gear to be so stiff and protective that it actually increases my chances of crashing to use it. I'm sure the newer gear is much more functional though.

I've got superduty gloves they are okay.. even though the hand fits tight the fingers are long makes it hard to do anything that takes a Lil dexterity

I have an Icon Variant helmet and Icon Arc textile pants and love them both the helmet I find to be just as comfortable and quiet as my Shoei.

I have an allance ss helmet now as backup, it was okay for price.

I have Icon stealth gloves they work great, especially in hot weather.

My leather jacket is an Icon Daytona with a removable liner, and I love it great in cool and warm weather, its perforated on arms and other spots so i rain it does geat wet easier than others.

I also have the Icon squad backpack and its a great pack for daily riding, tons of features including helmet sack and laptop slot.

My latest purchase was the 2 piece rainsuit, it was a bit expensive but after riding in 35 degree rain last weekend I have to say its excellent gear, dry and toasty after 80 miles.

I hate the gloves, my tarmac v2.0 gloves split in the palm and on the side by my thumb after less than one Michigan season of riding.

Ill get pictures later.

despite this I still want one of their jackets. they seem to be built to a higher standard than the gloves.

I'm looking at the seventh seal jacket and lid! But can't seem to work out correct fitment to my skinny ass butt! XL up top and medium? on my backside! 6 ft tall in a triangle shape! any ideas? [smirk]

motorhead jacket here, just got it for about 120 off of msrp. looking at a textile, and a pair of pants soon.
