So I got to thinking, since everyone liked the patches so well, would anyone wanna do a similar thing with anything else that I can have made? I was thinking maybe hats (either ballcaps or stocking cap/beanie hats), or some metal emblems that could be mounted on a buell somewhere, or maybe key chains. My company's website is www.qualitylapelpins.com if you wanna see what kind of stuff we make. We make tons of stuff, so if anyone has any ideas, throw them out there.
Sorry if I'm plugging too much :D

Levi,
if you make any that aren't military oriented please let us civilians know. [up] Great job btw.

I'd really like some metal emblems to cover the holes where the front blinkers usta go

I was looking at the website, what's the possibility of a diecut pin in the shape of the Pegasus with Buellxb.com on it? I'm thinking silver Pegasus with black buellxb.com

Maybe we could do something with the buellxb.com logo. I can provide the vector files if needed. If you are serious about doing laser cut metal buell stuff, I know a part that would sell for sure. PM me for more info.

i like the coozie idea as well as the flexfit or fitted hat i would honestly probably buy both!! hopefully the votes add up to make one of them!!

Yeah koozies would be awesome. I didn't even think of that haha. I'm not sure what our minimum order on koozies is off the top of my head though. Another guy usually handles koozie orders. I will look into it on Monday. Also, I'm not sure what we could do with laser cut stuff. That might get pretty pricey. We usually just do die struck stuff. If we do a die struck emblem, we could use the same mold and solder pin backs to some of them so we have pins and emblems with the same mold. I was thinking the same thing as Zuumn for the design, maybe with the site's actual logo worked into it somehow. Hats are easy enough. I just would have to figure out what to sell them for so I wouldn't lose money.

I will draw some stuff up when I get some time this weekend. Don't hold your breath though. Classes started last week for me and between school and work, I don't have tons of free time on my hands.

Ok, our minimum order on koozies is 300 pieces. I will order them if we have enough people that want them, but the way the patches are going right now, I think selling 100 of them would be a stretch. I think it will be a no on the koozies. But we still got pins, emblems, key chains, hats, etc. Sorry, still haven't got around to the proof quite yet. Anatomy/physiology doesn't learn itself, you know. I will make it soon though, I promise.

Oh and someone said something about being military oriented. We do stuff for everyone, not exclusively military stuff. In fact, I think most of our business is non-military products. We do tons of military stuff too, but we don't limit it to that.

Here's a couple ideas

Hat, pin/emblem, and key chain. Post your ideas on here and I will do layouts. I will get prices from my boss in a day or 2.

Oh and the gray is gonna be the metal for the key chain and pin.

I like the hat idea what would the back look like or will it be blank?

If rubber keychains were an option I would be in for one. No metal bouncing around on my top triple. :)

It would be blank. We can throw something on the back, but cost will go up. I personally like flexfit hats better, but I will leave that up to the committee.

We have made rubber key chains, but I think they have a high minimum order and a huge setup fee, so it might not be a good idea. Although we do have ones that are basically a short lanyard with a split ring with the imprinting on it. Here's a pic of some examples:

The metal just looks soooo cool though! :D
Jk, I will do whatever people want. I just have a grudge against those yellow RoadLok ones. I have to put the black split rings on them (apparently only silver is allowed from the factory) when they come in and they come in the thousands. By the end of it, I feel like I'm teetering on the edge of getting carpal tunnel syndrome.
