xtreme: They can be whatever length we want, but we usually do 3.5" long for these, not including the split ring. The lanyard is 3/4" wide and I think the split rings are 1" diameter.
I just did Black cus it looks nice IMO, but if we want other colors, we can do that since it won't change the printing setup. We just can't do a gazillion of them or anything. 3 or 4 different colors is about all I can do.
