So I've had my buell for about four years, and loved every second of owning it! It has close to 40,000 miles on it and runs like a top still. It's been so much fun doing the few mods that I've done, and even more fun tearing up the twisty roads with it! I recently bought a Triumph Daytona 675, and have yet to really get the feel for it, and get used to it. However Owning two sport bikes is fun, especially when one is down I have a second one to ride, but at the same time I dont see the point of owning two "similar" bikes. I've been giving serious thought into selling/trading off the buell for a DRZ400 or something similar (sumo/enduro). I've explored all the paved roads around me, but there are a ton of dirt roads and fire roads near me that look like a lot of fun with the proper bike.

Somebody talk me out of selling the buell!!!

I am cool!!!! My mom told me so!!!

they really are totally different animals, but eventually three bikes and my jeep will get expensive to insure (aka buy all sorts of mods for them all....)

If I had the money to just go buy a third bike right now I would, DRZ's are going pretty cheap on CL as it is, but even with them being cheap, I don't have the money to add a third bike to the stable right now.

and dang, I can't loose an instagram follower, If you're putting it that way, i suppose I'll just keep it....

If you arent satisfied and decided to keep it for real, in my experience i regularly have different bikes to ride between my friends, blast, 06 R6S, 06 R6, 08 gsxr600, custom harley pile of junk (step dads) those are what readily available if i like. Every now and then i get the notion i wanna ride something else, its fun for a while something different but after a while i miss my firebolt. Then i get back to it, and hell yeah! Nothing seems to make me enjoy riding like my Buell, except another Buell, ive had some fun on a lightning too!

Alright I've settled down a bit, While I really want a DS bike, I love my buell a bit to much to go and trade it off. So the plan is to take the Buell home to my parents house back in Illinois and leave it there for when I go home on leave. I'll keep the Triumph here in TN with me for now seeing as its a newer toy to me, I want to get used to it more.

I'm going to try to set aside some money over the next couple paychecks/months, and see if i can find a cheap DS to buy. Like i said I've explored all of the paved roads, and I really want to explore the unpaved ones!
