In need of part numbers for fork slider tubes

I'm in need part numbers if someone can help please! The guy on the phone at HD wasn't very helpful. He did get me a price but I want to be sure it's the right parts before ordering (plus I want to see if I can find it cheaper online).

I'm looking for part numbers for the lower half of the forks (aluminum part that the axle goes through, and the brake caliper mounts to, etc... with the steel shiny tubes attached). I need both LH and RH.

I think these are the part numbers but am not sure:
J8142.6AAZT for LH
J8143.6AAZT for RH

And these are the numbers on the forks themselves, they are for the complete fork assemblies:
J0122.3A8 for RH
J0121.3A8 for LH

Any help appreciated! And these are to my 2005 xb9r, 43mm.

I called customer service at Surdyke.com and they gave me the numbers I needed.

Thanks, I actually found what I think to be the correct parts on their website, so I'll give them a call.
