this is the same catch can and the one that i used.

I welded 2 round bosses on mine and then drilled 2 holes in my XB oil cooler cover. Put rubber gromits in the cover holes, slid the 2 round bosses through (bosses are tapped), and then put washers and bolts. Worked great!

Not for nothing, but shouldn't the filter in the ebay link be pointed up for the way it's mounted. Any overflow would dump directly into the filter if the can is mounted in a horizontal position like that

Very good point J. Funny thing is Pur Pony added a link for the same can minus the filter for $19.00 compared to the $60.00 on ebay.

Hey pur pony, how about a few more pics? That looks great, that's not an xb...is it? A far away pic...?

TXgold, I think it catches condensation that would otherwise fall to the ground and evaporate.:D

I actually just purchased the same thing from a different seller. The straightline and the 90 degree fittings can be swapped. I also bought a mini breather for on top about the same diameter. Here's a picture on an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.

When mine arrived it had a few small nicks in it. Maybe I'm just not real excited about it. I'm looking more towards the buell billet catch can from ASB that mounts on the oil cooler bracket thats a bit pricier.
