Clutch Hub Main Shaft Thread Count and size for Me having to get a D I E to clean up the threads that I used to much Locktight that messed up a couple of the threads.
I have either 3/4 x16 or 3/4 x18 for the LEFT HAND DIE size I need to buy.

When you look up that nut with the parts diagram to replace the galled up junk one you have, it should tell you.

"IT" looks like a 9/16-8 LH to me.

The die is about $140 from Suncoast, and while its not bad for a LH die, it is a lot for a tool you're likely only going to use once and never again (if you play your cards right). I'd break out the thread file and a new nut and go gentle and methodical.

The nut is still sold by Harley, its about $18-19.

Buy 2 nuts. Put blood grooves in one and use it like a thread chaser.
