When looking at an XB's frame to see if it's bent, what are you looking for? If the bike had fallen over without frame pucks, sustained damage, and had frame pucks installed over the damage, is there any way to tell that it's damaged without taking off the pucks? What is noticeable when riding an XB with a bent frame, as opposed to one in good condition?

As a side note, I tried searching for past threads. It seems to me that the search bar lets you search for key words, but doesn't let you specify whether you're looking for those words in the title or the entire post. Therefore, when I search "bent frame", I get all sorts of results for threads whose topics have nothing to do with bent frames. Am I missing something, or is there really no way to specify for topic title key words in searches? Thanks

to accurately check for a bent frame you would need some pro tools, if its bad enough it will have some bad ride characteristics. Damage that can be hid under pucks I would not worry too much about, other than to just disclose it to the new owner. If it makes you feel better, put a clause in the contract about frame damage.
