My dash panel is flickering on and off. When it does this I lose the tail light. They haven't stayed off its like the panel resets with the speedo and tach needle doing the same thing it does at turn on. Tonight when I pulled it in the garage it was worse (at idle) and it just kept doing it. I will say that it has not been wanting to start(weak battery). Would needing a batt. cause this?
