You can donate on the front page of the site, but further digging shows that you can now invest in EBR. Is this a chance to make some money and help out a promising company?

wish I had the extra cash to invest right now........ could turn a good profit later on.

intresting wonder what kind of benefits you would get if you invested might have to send them some info through the link

I'm doin it. Met Erik last week and toured the shop when I was home on leave, had to thank him for signing my bike and he is the coolest, laid back guy I have ever met and his passion for bikes is deeper than any bike builders I have seen. I also asked him if he had any plans for future production bikes.... this is what I got..... "We started out as a small company that grew into something big and now we are back to that small company so it will take time". I think he's got something up his sleeve, and I can't wait til it comes out!

Did a donation, even small amounts can help.

Let me ask a realistic question about EBR as a buell owner and lover. Can one realistcally invest money knowing that buell motorcycles no longer exsist as a production bike. What do they produce and who is there primary customer? Now ask yourself this, by how many lets say per year customers will EBR gain? If no more bikes are being built they can only service those that allready exist and once a bike gets so many miles on it people dont want to put money in them profomace wise cause the air cooled motor after 20 thousand miles cant handle to much racing, and even the 1125s are quickly becomming out dated. Give me a good reason and I will invest very soon. im just confused. I really will invest if someone can explain to me how the compainy 4 years from now will be surviving. If you can convince me then I could convince others and then we can hve a compainy that could survive but if you cant convince me how could I convince anyone? Everyone in my famlly knows im going to keep my buell for the rest of my life, but I never though EBR would get enough biz to continue to grow untill I die. They might be able to hang on as a small wharehouse garage with 15 employees, but what is the selling point or idea to make it grow? What will they produce? Harley owns Buell Motorcycles as of today.

Reasons to invest

1) The patents owned by harley are about to expire. (i guess)

2) Erik has a giant fan base, and if they ever come out with another bike, those fans will buy one just because it was made by Erik.

3)Erik has built a motorcycle company from the ground up twice before, he can do it again

4) It just ****s over HD even more if you invest.

Reasons not to invest.

1) Currently, EBR is a buell based race bike only company. Come on, are there that many buell race bikes? No

2) Erik has a new hobby that is not building motorcycles. It's playing music in a band.

3)Some parts have been out of stock for months, yet are still on the website.

4)Investing in EBR does not benefit us as Buell owners being how it will most likely go toward development of a new bike.

So, if you want to do your part in screwing over HD, then invest. It's not a sure thing, it's a gamble. It could turn around some $$ for you, or it could be a loss in the long run. But the good part is, it's a good cause. Don't let the only real american sportbike die.

Part of me doesnt want to see another bike come out that will cause the value of the XB's to decrease..

I agree. i didnt know erick was working on designing a new bike. well I do like to say **** harley! **** HARLEY, **** HARLEY!

ok, if Erik wants us to invest all i want is for him to give us an investment speach on hie web stie so I know what his compainy plans are since I will be part owner if i invest. I would love to invest if I know where its going.

ok, So Please Erik give us a motovational speech as to why we should invest and what we can do to bennifit EBR Racing and how we can prosper and be a part of it.

Think about it though. Erik built a compay from a small business to something big by the time it was shut down. I asked him if there was something in the future for production bikes and he gave me the impression that they were working towards it. All the publicity he's getting from his new race bikes will give him the oppurtunity to comeback with a new production bike to compete with superbikes I mean after allfrom what I know he's got at least one racebike competin in the superbike class overseas. Just something to think about.

investing really bad idea.no smart investor would invest in this company at this time.donate thats different ill donate. but when i invest i want returns.

anrkizm95 is absolutely right.

Investing in EBR is a terrible idea. Buell does not have a huge fan base, EBR is poorly run (as is evidenced by any number of the facets of their business), and there is no product from which a significant source of income can be drawn. To expect returns from EBR is folly, at best.

Donations are one thing, but investment is stupid.

I'm going to save my money and put it toward my education. That's something I know will provide me with a return on my investment.

My $$$'s on EB. 2012, it's happening. He's got enough $ to hold him over until the patents expire. And then the magic shall once again begin........2012 I only know this because a friend of mine met him recently at his shop and he said EB alluded to this.......2012....

i have no dout he will grow and be a force in mainline bike production.but even if harley gave him his name all remaining bikes and parts, patents and 10 million cash this will never be a strong investment.
