isolator bracket

OK, just bought my 03 blast in April, had 5300 miles on it, real newbie when it comes to this stuff, but I happened to brake my isolator bracket a few weeks ago, wanted to know if any one else had this problem, and what steps they took to assure it doesnt happen again?3
