Just got back with new bike

08 Arctic white xb12r. 5k miles
Couple questions. I thought the 08 and up had two o2 sensors.?Mine only has one. Does that mean it is ddfi 2 or 3
Now it's time to get a pipe and a tune because she feels like she wants to breath better. IF it 's got ddfi2(doubt it) then I just need to find a pipe. Already have maps.
If not then what? Mike Cobb for the maps? Dean for the pipe? Really any pipe will work. I'm on a budget now.
Any thoughts comments or help?

DDFI3 from 2008 to 2010.
Dual O2 only on 2010 models.

I would follow your recommendation. Or hack a stock pipe to save cash.

I can set you up with the magnaflow pipe a little cheaper, you already know what the welds look like on my 1125 stuff, the xb pipes are the same.

If $$ were no object, I'd build you one similar to this.

Must be an early 08 model. I thought they all had 8piston front calipers?

Ya he let me get it for 3800 instead of 3950.
27 hours straight. I took a very small cat nap for less than an hour in the truck at the truck stop.
I maybe paid too much but I am sick of buying broken toys.
I went on a ride earlier. Felt great rollin through town with all that torque.
I thought I was speeding but was only going about five or ten over. The torque curve can trick ya.
That's what I missed and was looking for. SO glad I won't be cleaning a chain every two hundred miles.
I guess I won't install the radar detector on her either.
A guy on a hog was rolling up on me and for a sec. I almost dropped a gear to break away but then I remembered I was on an xb and just let him roll on. The sport bike that just looks quick, ha. I got to corner a bit too on her. The xb really loves to be counter steered. I forgot about that when I hoped on her to test drive and almost ended up in the ditch out front of the po's home.

I think you did really well with that buy! A good clean unmolested XB without a ton of miles isn't easy to find. At least not at the price you got yours!

Nice bike, you got a good deal. First thing I'd do is put some kind of RSS.
