Wis hthe best to him and all involved. That's just not a good situation all together. It's tough to learn that kind of lesson the hard way.

i hope he pulls through ok.from what i read his biggest problem may be a manslaughter charge at 18.
I am glad i wasnt the only one thinking this. I am happy he made it, hope he doesnt get raped too bad by the system,

Since they were both adults and there was no alcohol involved they shouldn't even have it on the table. They generally only make that charge around here when a party doesn't have the ability to comprehend the possible consequences.

Regardless, I really hope it's not the case.

i hope your right but usally 100 mph with an accident is wreckless driving add a death and multiple injuries and usally your looking at wreckless driving, manslaughter, speeding, possible assault if the other biker dies it could grow to a vehicular homicide and anything else they can stack on.i would tell him not to say anything to anybody with out a lawyer and dont post anything on any social media.

Hope he recovers from this, however, he better hire a god lawyer.

People should also keep the family of his passenger, a family lost their child.

wow this sucks... John has a rough road ahead, hopefully everyone here can learn a painful and valuable lesson from him and not make the same mistake
