how can I get the harley dealer to this? They are of very little assistance. I have an 08 buezd firmware and want the bue2d. he says their digi tech will sync to mine, and only flash that firmware.? he had two sets of numbers none say anything about firmware. he told me he can't flash different firmwares to different bikes. can someone please tell me what I need to do to get them to help me? he was willing to have guidance from us

Just have him flash what they have and check it when you get back home. The digital technician should have the latest version only from what I remember. If memory serves, the last version was dated 11-30-09 I think. BUE2D242 should be it.
