I have a 2008 xb12r that seems to run okay but not great. When I crack the throttle sometimes from initial take off it can sometimes backfire through air box and won't lift the front end unless I clutch it or get on it at high Rpms in first gear and definitely not in 2nd. Also the idle seems to fluctuate lately between 1200 and 1700. This stuff doesn't happen all the time but pretty often. Replaced injectors with oe injectors, fuel filter, plugs, and wires, new battery. Only things aftermarket is gutted muffler and K&N filter. Don't know what to think. Could use some help with this issue. Maybe someone else has run into this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

reset tps. refer to your owners manual. then ride in "learn mode" for approx. 20 miles. typically resolves it.
if not be prepared to clean the IAC system pintel valve and test your intake seals. tons of "how to" posts on here.

I did reset the tps twice since I've done the work to it thinking it was that. I'll have to try the iac system.

I'd follow lunatics advice. Especially the part about the intake seals. When they leak you get the symptoms that you previously mentioned.

If this link works it will show you how to test or an intake leak. My RPMs fluctuated when I had an intake leak. Also experienced some airbox/intake back fires.
Have you rerouted your crankcase breathers? This helps a little with the intake/idle issues.
BTW when you get things straightened out be very careful "clutching up" your xb in 1st gear! These bikes have enough torque that such tom foolery is absolutely unnecessary. You'll flip it if you're not ready to either pull that clutch right back in or with your foot to drag the rear brake.
Good luck and be safe

I have rerouted the breather already so that is done and thanks for the advice. And I will be careful. It just doesn't have the power that other xb12r's have. That's the only reason for clutching it.
