I have now idea what's normal. I was hoping it is high so when finally get a low seat I could possibly flat foot it.

You and me both! Your in the same boat as me. I'll let you know how I make out with mine. I'm 5'4" so the lower the better for me. Makes for a more enjoyable ride when you can touch flat footed.

well the part numbers are kinda goofy mine is from a 12scg and has perforated material supposed to be 1 inch lower than standard its hard to tell if the ride height is different on flays, but it also has the smooth vinyl is smooth.
