lowering a uly

ok so i have been reading other forms and came across one that said to lower a uly he put a xb9 shock on his bike it fit fine and had no adverse effects. i need to lower my uly cause I'm 5'10" and 200lbs. I can barely touch that and the ass end of my bike is way high. great with my wife and myself but solo its just too damn tall. Does anyone know if the suspension off of an Ss will bolt up to a uly

Yes the Ss parts will will bolt up on a Uly. About a year ago I found a guy that wanted to lower his Uly so we swapped suspension. Now I have really tall Ss.

I would get the 1125R fender bolts & Pinch bolts for the forks, old ones wont fit.

You want to do it all (front & rear) to LVL the bike out, don't just drop the rear.
