Lowering the motor

I need to get to the rear header bolts, and it looks like i need to lower the motor to do so.. What is the trick, how does the isolator come loose, I tried to pull that bolt, but the rubber just toques around.. Any help is great. Thanks

I think if you pull the fan out you can get to the bolts!
