Just got it, can't comment on how it rides because..
1: It's not on the bike yet.
2: The bike wont be ride-able for a couple more weeks.
3: I still need my M class license
4: I've never riden the bike before (just got it) and I plan on installing it before I ride it, so no before and after comparisons.

But.... I will comment on the quality of fab work and fit and finish, it's GORGEOUS. Having been a machinist, the quality of this kit is superb and it's rebuildable too boot!

So, any owners of these damperners care to chime in?

I love mine. It works great.

I like how it is up underneath and out of view.

Thanks for the compliments! No, I haven't dropped the fork tubes or anything. I read some of the reviews before I bought it where people had clearance issues, but I haven't had any trouble yet. I've rode some wheelies and landed without any issues. I'm not a big guy, only 165 lbs, so maybe that helps out. I dunno...

I'm trying very hard to get one. I think I have one lined up so I'll have an opinion if I do get it but I am exited to eliminate the slight headshake I get when chasing my buddies 636 down the rough back roads at "too fast" speeds partly leaned over

I'm not a big guy either, 5'9" and a buck fitty.

Maybe it's light riders and suspension settings. I've got me preload set pretty low and compression and dampening set on the soft side, I might drop the fork tubes to be safe.

~Mike...

Um a big guy but my suspension is super stiff, I don't anticipate having to slip the forks. Even in full stopie before my wreck I didn't bottom out the forks.
If your suspension is soft and you ride lightly you will likely be fine but always better safe than sorry.

My last bike (Ninja) I wrecked due to head shake when I grabbed a handfull of front brake during a panic stop. I'm not taking that chance and don't ever want too have too experiance that again so I am installing the LSL before I am even able to ride my new Buell. I'm gonna drop the forks anyways, these bikes have rediculous fork angles and lack trail, even after dropping the fork tubes, the rake angle is still shallower then most if not all Sport bikes so I don't anticipate hurting the handling at all that I would be able too notice. I might do a slight tail lift so the bike still looks "right" with the ever slight raised front.

Still a little gun shy, I'm a novice street biker though I grew up on dirt bikes and quads, it's totally different on the street.
