Anyone else maintain a log of the maintenance they have done? If so, what info do you track aside from the basic recommended maint? I built a basic excel spreadsheet to track mine--should I ever decide to sell it I will have the records, and I can track the bucks I have forked out..

Nice Fly- You must be in or around aviation type maintenance records.

I keep all my bike and vehicle records like aircraft type mtx records. If it is an invoice or work order from a dealer I punch it and keep it in a small 5.5 X 9 binder and record similar owner mtx on a similar form like yours that I insert into the binder as well.

I work at a car dealership and just have a repair order made up for my bike. I document having performed everything as outlined in the repair manual exactly (even making reference to the repair manual part number). I also attach receipts for filters/gaskets/fluids used. I make note of anything I find (i had a loose horn bracket causing rattle for example, which i fixed). Im doing it more for warranty purposes. The invoice i end up with is a legal document.
