Misfire?

Well i finally got everything together basically ending with a brand new wire harness from buellster and i have to say the harness was amazing clean no broken parts and works like a charm. well to get to my story now that it all works great while im riding i get a sputter every once and a while which feels like a miss im not sure if this is the correct diagnosis for this problem but any info or opinion would help.

Say more about that sputter's occurrence: need more information for an authoritative internet diagnosis.

Breather reroute all but cures it for some and helps mildly for others. Either way it's worth doing to keep it from recycling burnt gases back through your intake. It did wonders for mine. - Brether Reroute Mod

Also, might consider doing a TPS reset if you haven't already, if the above doesn't do it.

Well I will definately do this breather mod. but as for the TPS reset how do i go about doing this?

TPS reset is d.i.y. with a cable between bike & laptop running ECMSpy software.
Later year-models machines can self-perform a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) reset.

Breather re-route smoothed things noticeably below 3k rpm on my XB12.

awesome well when i get off work i am going to but my supplies and do the crank case breather mod.
Now.... for the ECM cable where do i get this and is this ECMspy software can this software be downloaded from somewhere?
