Bad neighborhood, high poverty, yeah I'm thinking birth control is a reasonable start followed by the heavy control of all government assistance. If all else fails and the community doesn't rise to the occasion and realize that thugs die and police can't be charged with a crime for their child lacking the proper brain cells to exist in a functional, acceptable community, then nuke them!!!! Unless you think the government can give out brain cells!!!!!

Yes it is a motorcycle forum and they are blocking roads that I would love to ride my Buell on! Who am I kidding I wouldn't ride through that shit hole! And I go to Missouri every year 16 hr drive each way beautiful state!
