More rattle after Race ecm install

I just got my race ecm. I put it in and did a tps reset. Shut it off and restarted it. Immediately noticed alot more top end rattle. Went for 10 minute thrash. Came to a stop and still definately alot more top end rattle. Bike has 7500 miles on it so not quite ready for a valve adjustment. Did anyone else have this sympton after a race ecm?

BTW this is an awsome upgrade. The bike will bring the wheel up at 100 mph in 4th gear. I wasnt quite prepared for that....LOL.

Never had a issue after the race ECM install. Mine has always sounded like a Singer sewing machine anyway. Most guys that tear into theirs at the 12,600 mile interval have either needed only a couple of shims or none at all.
