Back to square one

1) Have you pulled your fuel pump to insure IT does not have a wire that is grounding out inside the frame?
2) Have you tested your charging system?
If you're sure all the exterior grounds and wiring are in good order I would start looking into the two systems mention above.
But I'm no expert. I'm merely suggesting you leave no rock unturned.

Also, you mention your CEL lights up. Have you run a diagnostic with either ECMspy or ecmdriod to know why they CEL is lighting up? That would have been step number one, for me, if these running issues were happening to me.

Removed and cleaned all grounds, new ECM ,new bank sensor, new fuel pump( walbro auto zone) visually inspected triple clamp area wie harness striped off covering then rewrapped bike gets warm after riding and still dies let cool and will restart while running wiggle everything and it runs fine

What year is your bike?
I might have missed that.
There have been instances where early bikes, pre 2008, have had CPS problems when the bike heats up.
I don't know how to test a bad can position sensor and I don't want to tell you to keep throwing parts at your bike but it's something to research.

2006 uly , talked to engineer at IDS maker of the buell ecms he got ahold of current engineer at ebr they worked together at buell both believe it is the cam sensor also so will install soon as part arrives part still in Harley system

On a similar post a member tested his CPS by heating it up with a heat gun prior to starting his bike. Bike would not start with a HOT CPS. He let the bike cool and it started right up. That's how he determined it was the CPS.
Quite clever if you ask me.
Give it a try. Can't hurt anything
