FYI: I've had recent experience with lemon laws. In 2010 I missed the use of my bike over 3 months due to 2 separate issues. It took 6 weeks for the first and about 10 weeks for the second. The two states involved (Arkansas and Montana) did NOT have state motorcycle lemon laws. However, there is a FEDERAL lemon law that covers most everything from toasters to cars. I used the knowledge of this law and threat of retaining a lawyer to leverage an acceptable settlement (got a new bike with new 2 year warranty).
