My bike is noisy and i love it! But...

I think I am hearing something a little off. Now I know this engine i the noisiest motor ever. I just fixed my exhaust and remounted it with the updated "y" mount.
I also bought new header studs and replaced the old ones, while i was doing it I noticed that the engine is extremely close to the right side engine mount.

I think it is banging against the frame or something, i mean thats what it sounds like. If this is normal ok.

Is the bolt in the front of the head still there?

Almost positive it is, because i scoured this thing over and over looking for the source of the sound. I think the sound is either mechanical or vibration related because the more i twist the throttle the faster the sound gets. <--(make since?)
I will post as many detailed pictures as I can, maybe someone else will see something amiss.
This is my first bike, ohh and now that i think of it i forgot to mention what kind/year bike i have... doh!

bought it with 6704 miles on it i just hit 1000 myself so current miles are 7800+/-
I noticed the sound really bad today when i took my fiance to work and when i got home I Installed the new header studs and locktighted them in (whoever put the old ones in was a moron they were not even tight) I let it set for about 8hrs or so, and went back out to pick her up.
I did not notice the horrible rattle like i did (I literally thought the engine was about to come through the seat and castrate me) but what i did notice was a HUGE amount of "extra" power? Could a bad exhaust leak (improperly mounted header) cause such a sound, and would fixing said leak result in massive power change?
