The bike isnt finished yet, Just did the front fairing and the tank cover. When I get more money, time, and when its sunny out ill do the whole thing again with my hvlp guns :)

Dude, rattle can rocks! Did mine with outdoor plastic patio furniture spray paint.Rock chips don't care what you spend on paint.

Yeah the newer rattle cans are actually pretty decent paint, only problem is the expense, a good rattle can will be near $10.00 and most of that money is for the stuff in the can that's not paint lol! I painted my brothers sportster it looked amazing and cost less than $200 (paint and prep materials), however it is not as durable to chips and fuel drips, but if you're careful it will be good. Looks good!

Looks good man. The Krylon Fusion plastic paint works great. I used it on my ATV and it has lasted for almost 2 years now... And that is beating it hard in the woods hunting and trail riding with minimal chips.

Hey Nytrate,
Another low cost thing to do is grab a scotch brite pad with some WD-40 and clean up those headers.. You'll be amazed how quickly they clean up, mine looked like yours maybe a little worse and within 25 to 30 minutes they looked like new.. Looks good..

:) Mine is ok. I really need to do some more coats, but its raining here and i dont have a garage. I love the Orange Bike It looks awesome.

I will do the WD-40 and Scotch brite pad, that sounds like a good idea. Im gonna wrap them soon.
