Where would the batt go and is that a gsxr tail? Maybee a r1 fairing? Its a good looking idea if you can pull it together

You could start with a 1125r front fairring as a base then slice and dice that the rework the head light bezel with body filler sand and paint doesn't sound to difficult. Good luck and remember

Pics or it didn't happen....

Like the front end but the R6 tail is not balanced. Too much free space in the rear. I'm doing something similar up front with my scg.

front end flows with the rest of the bike, but the rear has gotta go...maybe use a freespirits xb tail section solo seat instead or go with a Ducs rear:D

Thank god, you scared me for a min. I thought you might have taken my idea. Im doing something similar this winter, but just with the headlight from another bike.

I always hated the r6's front and have gotten use to the r1. But i really like the way it goes with the buell, idk about the tail. But it looks mean.

I agree, the first thing that came to my mind was a jap an knee's bike, and im not even a expert on jap bikes. Please dont get mad at me for saying this. [smirk]

I think its pretty cool. It looks rice-ish, but the final product could be really cool!

I think it looks great. Maybe a 848 or 1098 ducati rear end would pull it together. Looks awesome though!

I love the pointyness of the R6 tail. I plan on doing some scaffolding under it like the EBR bike.

The R1 fairing isn't my favorite, but it resembles the firebolt fairing, so I think that's what I'm going to use. I'm also going to do GP style exhaust. I want it to look like a modernized firebolt. I'm not about to make all new fairings, so using already existing stuff is what I'm resorting to. Also, one of my requirements in projector headlights, so the R1 is perfect.
