I've been a Philadelphia Eagles fan for more than 30 years....
1) When I played Pee Wee ball, the league used to send us to an Eagles home game once a year. I grew up in Easton Pa (about 55 miles north of Philly).
2) When I got a little older John Spagnola (Played for the Eagles) came into our locker-room and gave us a "pep" talk before the League Championship game in 1980. One of my coaches played HS football with him and got him to come out and watch the game. (we lost but I had a great game)
3) My dad took me to training camp (don't remember the year) and Bill Bergy, Harold Carmichael, and John Bunting stayed for hours past the autograph schedule to make sure everyone who wanted an autograph got one.

pitsburg steelers...
as being an aussie, i have only seen one game live when two teams came here for an exibition match. the steelers had better cheerleaders and therefore we went for them. i even have a cap! [smirk]
its a good game and i watch it often, but that day it was good. got to watch all action. chat with ya mates between plays, and check the cheerleaders at the same time. didnt miss any action, and certainly had fun after 4hrs drinking in the stand.
