Ok. Sounds like you did it correctly. Thanks for the clarification.
I've never had to test a TPS but if it's not communicating it's going to be really hard to get the bike to start let alone run right.
For example, if the TPS is faulty you could
physically have the throttle open but the ECM is getting a signal that it's closed. Hence no fuel delivery or not adequate delivery for start up.
At least that's how I thinks it all works. I'm sure lunatic will correct me. He's pretty good with this online/forum trouble shooting stuff.
Don't give up man. You'll figure it out soon enough

Well i have the tps out, she looks sounds externally but internally i have no idea. Anyone have any electrical specs for fluking the tps? Bout to see if the manual says anything for it. Oh and since i managed to pick up a spare ecm from a running xb9r, should i see if it will turn over with it? To possibly see if i have a bad ecm?

Y not!
Hook it up to ECMspy with that other ECM and compare it with yours. See any big differences?
And you probably know this but you'll have to reset the TPS for that ECM.
So you might be back to square one if your TPS is the issue

So i removed the cable that you are supposed to turn by the air scoop when resetting the tps due to an issue. It is burned down to the internal cabling. Is this going to be an issue or is it something small that can be fixed later?

Another food for thought i am looking at is the side stand switch, dont have one and cant find wire connections for one... read that some say 07s didnt come with them and reading that they do have them.... sooooo should i be seeing a wire connection somewhere or am i beating a dead horse for that switch?

Oh and reinstalled the tps and she is full functioning on ecmspy with real data showing her move open and shut at approximately same time of moving throttle. So needless to say i am a bit confused.

So idk wth happened a second ago.... anyone's say is going to be much appreciated after this. Removed all fairings minus nose fairing. Removed cover from the drive belt main gear area. Disconnected all wire plugs, to include removing the neutral switch from the bike and connection to main harness. Pulled the 3 relays from the relay box by left handle bar and placed in older ones from a spare cut main wire harness i got off ebay a while back. Plugged everything back in after seeing no corrosion anywhere except leads on relays (old ones i swapped to vice new from store) and figured why not try and start her. So at 11.7V on battery, she breathed a light at the end of the tunnel, but once i let off throttle she died. Replaced relays with new ones, same thing. Any advice on where to look now that she is breathing? Only thing i know is she needs some more fuel since she prob only has a quart left in her
