I replaced my battery and now the bike will not prime the humming noise when you turn on the key and the engine will not turn over or even click the guages swing and only the neutral light comes on switch is in the run position. I am baffled and would be grateful for any help thanks.

Was the bike acting normal before you replaced the battery? Assuming it was replaced because it was old/weak. Did the lights come on at all?

I'd check the connections on the new battery. Also, was the new battery prepped right?

Some batteries require a charge before putting into service. You may have accidentally popped a fuse when removing the old battery or installing the new one. Did you get a solid ground on the new terminals?

Problem solved I was checking circuits starting with fuses turned key on lights working so pulled fuse for lights to save battery power. Then checked fuses on both pins got to one fuse no power so pressed a little harder and the fuel pump began humming it just was not seated well thanks for your input
